SHOP POLICIES  

At Southern Sap woodworks we strive to make hand crafted furniture an affordable option in the southeast area. Our MIssion is to give people a chance to have high end furniture at wholesale prices. Going the extra mile is in our DNA, and making sure every customer is satisfied is our number one priority.

1:ORDERS

1. Orders: Each item is made to order and handcrafted by one of the woodworkers in our shop. We do allow 4-6 weeks for orders and shipments go out as soon as they are finished. If there is a special piece you are looking for do not hesitate to ask for a quote or design that may fit your needs. 

2:SHIPPING

2. Shipping: Shipping is paid for by the client upon order. Items are shipped through small businesses that do not offer tracking numbers. They are usually carried in an enclosed trailer or cargo van . Make sure to inspect the item upon delivery and inform Southern Sap Woodworks of any concerns before the driver leaves. If there are any concerns we will work with you and try to find a solution that best fits both of our needs.

3. Refunds and Returns: Your item is a custom made to order product; therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please make sure you measure accurately and are certain the item will fit in your space.

ESTIMATED TIME TO BUILD:
Estimates are provided to Customer as a convenience based on past experience in the building of similar products. No guarantee is made that the product will be available or delivered on any specific date.
